Our Mission
South Africa has one of the highest unemployment rates in the world. Job seekers often have to check dozens of different websites, government gazettes, and company career pages just to find relevant openings. Many miss opportunities simply because they did not know where to look.
TholaNow was created to solve this problem. We aggregate job listings from across the country and present them in a single, easy-to-use platform. Whether you are looking for a government position through the DPSA, a corporate role at a JSE-listed company, or an entry-level opportunity at a small business, TholaNow helps you find it faster.
Our name comes from the Zulu word "thola," meaning "to find" or "to get." TholaNow means finding your next opportunity right now, without delay.

We Organise And Enrich The Data
Each listing is categorised by location, industry, seniority level, contract type, and work mode. We also run a basic scam detection check to flag suspicious postings, helping you avoid fraudulent job offers.
You Search And Filter
Use our search bar and filters to narrow down jobs by keyword, province, salary range, industry, and more. You can also browse our dedicated Government Jobs Hub for public sector vacancies organised by department.
You Apply Directly
When you find a job you are interested in, we link you directly to the original posting or application page. TholaNow does not handle applications or store your personal details. You apply on the employer's own platform, which keeps your data safe.
