HR Generalist

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage daily employee relations proactively for the active factory manufacturing workforce.
• Ensure full compliance with the LRA and BCEA strictly.
• Lead necessary disciplinary hearings and formal grievance procedures effectively and safely.
• Oversee accurate payroll administration carefully for all active wage earners.
• Coordinate active recruitment smoothly for all manufacturing and busy floor staff.

Experience & Qualifications:

• You must clearly possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management.
• You strictly need a valid Certification in South African Labor Law.
• You must hold an Advanced Certificate in Industrial Relations confidently.
• You need proven daily experience representing matters at the CCMA.
• Active SABPP Professional Membership (HR Associate or Practitioner) is strictly required.
