Pre - School Teacher

Description:Plan, control, record and report on assessments.Attend meetings, forums and workshops relevant to the grade/phase.Create and maintain an educational atmosphere in the classroom.Take responsibility for all classroom equipment and stock.Collaborate with teachers in the grade/phase to ensure effective teaching delivery.Manage, plan, assist and promote teaching and learning within the class.Plan, manage and assist with school activities, including sport and cultural programmes.Implement disciplinary measures within the grade/phase where necessary.Assist with sport and administrative duties as required.Demonstrate personal commitment to education and contribute to the school’s overall ethos.Requirements:Minimum qualification: N6.Relevant teaching experience.Current SACE registration.CAPS curriculum experience.A strong passion for working with children.Excellent planning, organisational and administrative skills.A positive, energetic approach to teaching.Patience and compassion when working with young learners.A clear criminal record (background checks will be conducted).A valid driver’s licence is advantageous.Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
