Core Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years Telesales experience Sales Skills: o Cold calling and lead generation. o Proven ability to meet/beat sales targets. o Experience selling digital advertising solutions o Online marketplace experience beneficial. o Broader general sales exposure acceptable. • Soft Skills: o Strong communication and people skills. o Resilient, confident, and target-driven. o Relationship-building ability. • Digital Mindset: Comfortable with online platforms, digital tools, and learning new skills.
