Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented graduate to join our graduate programme as a Learning and Development Graduate. This programme is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience, exposing you to various aspects of our business and providing meaningful workplace experience for a period of 12 months. Reporting to: Head: Learning and Development and Organisational Effectiveness Core Competencies: Data analytics Experience in graphs charts and analytics skills. Knowledge of databases and ability to work in structured and unstructured data. Knowledge of spreadsheet applications (Excel, Dashboards, Macros, Pivot tables). Knowledge and application of data analysis and business modelling. Develop data/information models and preliminary system architecture. Knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage Intermediate Computer Literate (MS Package). Good interpersonal skills and self-driven/starter. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure. Must be able to work in a team and/or independently. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills. Strong work ethic and personal drive with a positive attitude. Receptive to coaching with a strong learning orientation. Bachelor’s degree in the following fields:Data analytics Data Science Statistics Industry knowledge will serve as added advantage Key Job Outputs Keep track of data within Learning and Development for BBBEE and Workplace Skills purposes.
