Two positions are open at Reinhardt Transport – Nigel for Fleet Controllers. Job Summary: - Oversee all aspects of fleet management (productivity, wages, fuel consumption, route planning, etc.). - Assign and ensure execution of tasks to drivers. - Track orders and deliveries. - Constant monitoring of driver and vehicle performance and efficiency and finding ways to improve productivity. - Co-ordinate vehicle maintenance to ensure the fleet is maintained, including scheduling of services and COF inspections for vehicles to remain in a safe and roadworthy condition. - Monthly inspections and arrangements for services and repairs. Requirement: - Matric. - Computer literate. - Excel (compulsory). - At least 3 years’ experience in fleet management (controller). - Own transport. - Sober habits. - Willing to work long hours, public holidays, and weekends.
