Full job description About Us Tsebo Facilities Solutions is looking for a Civil & Building Construction learner to provide them with workplace learning and practical exposure in basic civil and building constrution, leading to a nationally recognised qualification. Duties & Responsibilities Participate in a structured learnership programme (theoretical and practical) Assist with basic electrical and mechanical handyman tasks under supervision Follow health, safety, and workplace procedures Complete required records and learning documentation Work effectively as part of a facilities team Communicate clearly and professionally in the workplace Skills and Competencies Willingness to learn and follow instructions Basic communication and administration skills Ability to work independently and in a team Attention to detail and professionalism Qualifications Grade 12 (Matric) Aged 18–35 years South African citizen with valid ID Unemployed at the time of appointment
