Hospitality Trainees

Minimum Requirements N6 Hospitality Certificate. Nature of Appointment 18 Months. Post Description Trainee Orders (compiling and placing orders); Stock taking (food and equipment); Store keeping, issuing ingredients; Nutrition and menu planning; Assisting lecturers with class demonstrations; Cooking food for crèche; Liaising with suppliers; Generating quotations; Assist with/plan functions; Keeping MSDS in kitchen up to date; Ensuring kitchen OHS admin is up to date; Supervise students during functions, restaurant days. Date of Commencement As soon as possible.
