Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for engineering and IT roles
  • Proactively source and headhunt candidates through cold calling, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Advertise vacancies on platforms such as PNet and Placement Partner
  • Manage and update candidate databases with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Meet and exceed individual placement targets and KPIs
  • Handle all associated administrative duties related to the recruitment process
Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a recruitment role
  • Demonstrated confidence and success in cold calling and business development
  • Proven ability to source, screen, and place quality candidates
  • Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Placement Partner, and PNet, Microsoft Office
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to the team from day one
