Junior IT Technician

Description:Provide technical support to users, both remotely and onsite.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.Set up and support printers, desktops, laptops, and other peripherals.Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.Perform routine system checks and updates.Assist senior technicians with projects and onsite client support.Requirements:Matric (IT-related certification or studies advantageous).Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and hardware.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (essential).Willingness to learn and grow within the IT field.Ability to work independently and in a team.AdvantagesAny IT certificates (A+, N+, or similar).Previous IT support experience (even internship or entry-level).Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
