Requirements:

  • Minimum Grade 12 Certificate; further education in business or marketing is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a contact centre (minimum 1 Year)
  • A basic understanding of automotive mechanics or terminology would be beneficial.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
  • Basic working knowledge of Excel, Word and Emails
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
