This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has recently completed an IT qualification or certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ (N+), or similar foundational IT courses. You will receive full on‑the‑job training and support while assisting with day‑to‑day IT tasks across hardware, software, and basic networking. Requirements Key Performance Areas 1. Hardware Support Installing components in laptops (RAM, hard drives, SSDs, etc.). Setting up printers and scanners. 2. Basic Networking Tasks Configuring device network connectivity (e.g., connecting laptops and printers to networks). Identifying and resolving common network issues (e.g., Wi‑Fi connectivity for laptops and mobile devices). 3. Software Support Installing basic software such as Microsoft Outlook on laptops and tablets. Installing and configuring operating systems (e.g., Windows 11). 4. Troubleshooting Performing basic hardware and networking diagnostics. Resolving common issues such as malfunctioning laptop cameras or microphones used for Teams meetings. Requirements Recently completed an IT qualification or certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or an equivalent IT fundamentals programme. Eagerness to learn and develop practical IT skills. Strong problem‑solving abilities. Customer‑friendly approach and willingness to assist staff with technical issues.
