Purpose of the Role: To take hands-on responsibility for payroll administration while providing structured support to the HR Manager and team.   • Capturing, reconciling, and verifying wage sheets (Excel) before submission
  • Managing time and attendance data with a high level of accuracy
  • Handling payroll queries and resolving discrepancies proactively
  • Assisting with statutory submissions (EMP201, EMP501, ETI) and payroll reporting
  • Ensuring all payroll information is accurate, checked, and submitted within strict deadlines
HR Administration Support:
  • Managing daily HR administrative tasks in line with operational priorities
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
  • Coordinating recruitment administration and onboarding processes
  • Supporting performance management, training coordination, and compliance processes
  • Assisting with employee relations administration and HR reporting
Key Performance Expectations:

Additional Requirements:
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to meet working hour expectations
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems/screens
  • Experience within FMCG, retail, or manufacturing advantageous
