The Financial Manager plays a critical role in analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making within the business. This role involves working closely with various departments to optimize processes, improve productivity, and drive growth. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: CIMA qualification.Honours degree.3 years relevant experience will count in the candidate's favour.RESPONSIBILITIES: Performance Metrics: Develops and maintains key performance indicators (KPI's) to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of various operations.Forecasting: Uses historical data and market insights to create accurate forecasts and assist with resource allocation and inventory management.Process Improvement: Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and automation opportunities.Budgeting and Financial Analysis: Assists with budget preparation, variance analysis and financial modeling to ensure financial goals are met.Reporting: Prepares regular reports and dashboards for management and provides insights and actionable recommendations.Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities, and provides strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.Business Analysis: Involved in analyzing financial information from Business Proposals and investments. Including cash flow needs, profitability and risk exposure.
